Refund policy
This site allows you to return or exchange purchased products at your convenience. Please complete the return/exchange application form and return the product within 8 days of receiving the product.
■If it is different from the image
Returns are possible only within 30 days of receipt. Please make a request using the return/exchange request form.
For returns due to customer's convenience, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Thank you for your understanding as we are unable to refund shipping charges for delivery from our company.
■If there is a problem with the product
In the unlikely event that the product you receive is defective or different from the product you ordered, we will promptly respond to your request. We will accept returns or exchanges. Please fill out the return/exchange application form within 30 days of receiving the item.
After completing the procedure, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
